The privacy-friendly contact form lets you send a message without a separate email application. Your name and email address are optional. Without an email address, the message can be read but no reply is possible.

1. Scope

This privacy policy applies to this website. Where this page is linked from associated social media or YouTube presences, it also supplements the legal information concerning communication with Christian Techmer via those presences. Mobile apps are subject to separate app-specific privacy notices.

3. Hosting and technical delivery

This website, the contact form and the contact mailbox are hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The provider processes technically necessary data as a processor. According to the provider, the web-hosting systems used for this service are located in Germany.

Page requests may process the IP address, date and time, requested resource, transfer status and browser or system data. This is necessary for delivery, troubleshooting, operational security and abuse prevention under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. No proprietary visitor statistics, advertising profiles or analytics reports are created.

4. Contact via the form, email and linked social media / YouTube presences

Contact data is processed only as needed to handle the request. The form requires a topic and message; name and email address are optional. No response is possible without a reachable return channel. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries and otherwise on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Cookies, local storage, tracking and external embeds

The static legal page uses no cookies or local storage. A strictly necessary session cookie is set only when the contact form is opened. It protects against forged requests and repeated automated submissions. No analytics, advertising, social plug-ins, external fonts or third-party CAPTCHA services are used.

6. Recipients or categories of recipients

Recipients may in particular include:

• ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich as processor for hosting and email delivery,
• public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

Operators of linked social-media or YouTube services process data under their own responsibility.

7. Transfers to third countries

No third-country transfer is intended for hosting, the form or delivery to the contact mailbox. Operators of linked external platforms may process data outside the EU or EEA; I do not have full control over their processing.

8. Storage period

Account access logs and visitor statistics are disabled (verified 7 September 2026). The configured deletion period for enabled account logs is seven days. Separate necessary security processing by the host is limited to what is required for operation, troubleshooting or a specific security incident.

The form stores no message copy in a website database. Messages are retained in the contact mailbox only until the enquiry has been handled, unless statutory retention duties or legitimate reasons require longer storage. Short-lived technical rate-limit data is explained on the form page.

9. Obligation to provide data

Technically necessary connection data is required to display and protect the website. Only the topic and message are required in the form. Name and email address are optional; no reply is possible without a return channel.

Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the following rights:

Where the processing of your personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to object at any time to such processing. Following a justified objection, your personal data will no longer be processed unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
